Raising A Reader Volunteer Project

Thanks to the Emerging Leaders who joined us on August 28th, 2010 to put together take-home book bags designed to inspire local families to read with their little ones. 

The Raising A Reader book bag program reaches low income families with poor readers. It targets the first five years of life, when 90% of brain growth occurs.
